The 156 model was replaced with the Alfa Romeo 159 in 2005. This variant is built on the same platform as the Alfa Romeo Brera and Spider.

Alfa Romeo 147
Launched in 2000, the Alfa Romeo 147 is a small family car, that was named the European Car of the Year in 2001. Very successful in Europe, the Alfa Romeo 147 had a change in design in 2004, making it look more like the Brera and 159 style of design that Alfa Romeo adopted in the last few years.
